MIP faces up to environmental and eco-design considerations.

Just as the criteria of the control of technical feasibility, costs, quality and lead times, eco-design is now also at the heart of our strategy.

Throughout the product development, industrialisation and manufacturing processes, waste and recycling are part of the main concerns of MIP.

Waste is re-used and reintegrated as much as possible during production. To achieve this, MIP has purchased low speed mills for polyamide type plastics, and high speed mills for ABS, ABS+PC, ASA type plastics.

MIP has equipped all of its presses with recycling mills.

The recycling of feed cores and excess material are directly and automatically reintegrated into the manufacturing circuit.

For safety parts for which recycling is not authorised, MIP conserves the waste in order to revalorise it differently
